    Cancellation & Refunds

    Cancellation & Refunds Policy

    This policy governs the cancellation and return of Industrial Ovens, Machinery, Parts, and Accessories purchased from Swati Engineering. Please review it carefully before placing an order.


    1. Order Cancellation Policy

    Due to the specialized nature, long lead times, and financial commitment required for industrial equipment, our cancellation policy is strict:

    A. Standard (In-Stock) Equipment

    • Before Shipment: You may cancel an order for standard, in-stock equipment for a full refund of the purchase price (less any incurred payment processing fees) if the cancellation request is received within [e.g., 24 hours] of placing the order, and before the equipment has been dispatched.
    • After Shipment/Dispatch: Once the order has been picked up by the freight carrier or marked as shipped, it cannot be cancelled. The return policy (Section 2) will apply.

    B. Custom-Built or Special Order Equipment

    • Custom-Built Ovens and Machinery: Any equipment that is custom-designed, built to specification, or specially configured for the customer is NON-CANCELLABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE once the order confirmation is signed and production has begun.
    • Forfeiture: If a custom order is cancelled before completion, the customer will forfeit the entire down payment/deposit, and may be billed for any material costs or engineering time incurred up to the date of cancellation.

    2. Return & Refund Policy (Standard Equipment)

    Returns are only accepted under specific conditions and must be pre-authorized.

    A. Eligibility for Return

    To be eligible for a return and refund, standard equipment must meet ALL of the following criteria:

    1. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued by Swati Engineering customer service within [e.g., 7 to 14] calendar days of the delivery date.
    2. The equipment must be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition. Any sign of installation, operation, modification, or use will void the return eligibility.
    3. The equipment must be returned in its original packaging and crating with all manuals, accessories, and documentation.

    B. Restocking Fee

    All accepted returns for reasons other than a verifiable manufacturer defect or an error by Swati Engineering will be subject to a mandatory [e.g., 25% to 35%] Restocking Fee. This fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

    C. Shipping Costs

    • The customer is responsible for all return freight and insurance costs to ship the equipment back to our designated warehouse.
    • The original shipping and handling charges (even if initially covered by “Free Shipping”) are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be deducted from the refund amount.

    D. Damages & Defects

    • Inspection upon Delivery: The customer must thoroughly inspect the equipment for damage before signing the freight carrier’s Bill of Lading (BOL).
    • Visible Damage: Any visible damage must be clearly noted on the BOL and immediately reported to us. Failure to document visible damage on the BOL may result in the denial of a damage claim.
    • Manufacturer Defects: If a manufacturer defect is discovered after installation, the issue will be processed under the product’s Warranty Policy, not this Refund Policy.

    3. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

    The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable (unless due to a verified error by Swati Engineering.

    • Custom-Built or Special Order ( All Types of Ovens are not Returnable) Industrial Ovens/Machinery.
    • Electrical or Electronic Components/Parts (e.g., heating elements, digital controllers, fans, motors).
    • Used or Installed Equipment, Accessories, or Consumables.
    • Items sold as Clearance, Final Sale, or Surplus.
    • Shipping and Installation charges.

    4. Refund Processing

    • Timeline: Once the returned equipment is received at our facility, it will undergo a thorough inspection (typically within [e.g., 5-10] business days).
    • Approval: If the return is approved, your refund (minus the Restocking Fee, original shipping fees, and any charges for missing/damaged parts) will be processed to the original method of payment within [e.g., 10-15] business days after the inspection is complete.
